Client notes: BEA Systems Italy is a technology company who operates in the middleware industry, with focus on Business Process Management and e-Enterprise solutions. At the beginning of 2009 BEA Systems has been acquired by Oracle, and BEA Systems Italy is now officially the Social Enterprise Division of Oracle Italy.

Project notes: BEA Systems needed to achieve authority in the Italian tech online community, so we started with the design and development of a B2B multi-author tech blog, “Caffè con Bea” (translation: A coffee with Bea), aimed at giving a human voice and tone to technical topics. The blog has been dismissed when, after an industry survey, BEA Systems decided to focus its efforts on building a community of professional discussions on LinkedIn. The BEA Systems Italy team has benefited of an in-deep training to blog marketing and social media marketing, thanks to which has been able to take control in-house since day one of both the blog and the social media spaces.
