Client notes: Telepass is the company of the Autostrade per l’Italia Group who manages all electronic toll payments on Italian freeways/motorways. Being the Telepass device a payment tool, in fact Telepass is more than a toll payment machine, it’s more of a financial platform. Target audience: Italy.
Project notes: The project we created for Telepass mixed blog marketing, Facebook marketing and editorial efforts with social media optimization and online press office initiatives, allowing Telepass to interact with its target audience in a very effective way.

The key element of the project has been the decision by the Telepass top management to “bring all competences in-house” – which resulted not only in a program of training sessions for the internet marketing team and other Telepass resources (communication, operational marketing, customer care) but also in the development and release of a social media policy for all Telepass employees. Telepass’ social media policy has been the case history of several of my latest presentations – here below is one from the recent International Search Summit London 2010.
