Organized by eitb.com (today eitb.eus, the digital wing of Euskal Irrati Telebista – the public radio and TV broadcaster from the Basque Country) and M4F, a Bilbao-based knowledge hub, Comma is the first European Master on Community Management, and it’s held in Bilbao, Spain.
GSI, after partnering EITB in other ventures including the Nonick Conference, delivered a full day master class at the Comma Master, focusing on community management but also giving structured basis of internet marketing, search engine marketing and of course social media marketing, optimization and engagement.
